Check-in and Check-out:
Please leave the campsite not later than 11:00 am. Normally, you may check in to your campsite any time after 12 o'clock. Late departure is possible but only int the off season and according to prior agreement with the campsite management.
Advance Payment:
Generally (for group reservations maybe more) the advance payment is between € 50.- and € 250.- which can be payed by credit card (see "Online Booking") or via bank transfer to our account.

Campsite Reservation:
Generally, reservations are made in written form via a letter or an e-mail, but they may also be made by phone or directly at the reception. Upon receipt of the advance payment you will receive a confirmation for your reservation. The total amount of the advance payment for your stay will be credited at the end of your holiday. In special cases we dispense with advance payment.
Cancellation Terms:
- For cancellations earlier than 1 month before the booked arrival date, only a processing fee of € 25.- will be retained. The entire deposit amount minus the processing fee will be transferred back to your account.
- In the case of cancellations later than 1 month before the booked arrival date and in the case of no-shows, the deposit amount will be retained.
- In cases of early departure the parking space fee (not the personal fee or taxes) will be charged for the period booked.
Cancellation of permanent campers:
- up to 2 month before arrival: cancellation fee = amount of adcance payment
- later than 2 month before arrival: canellation fee = 2 x amount of advance payment
