“Tyrols largest Waterfall”- The Stuibenfalls is an awesome natural occurrence.
On the observation platform which rises 1,490 meters above sea level, with a stunning view of the Stuibenfalls, Farst, and Umhausen.
During the summer the falls are lit every Wednesday evening.
The roaring of the masses of water, the spray - the “Stuiben” is an impressive display. Follow the many paths and trails to view this fascinating backdrop from every point of view.
From the Ötzidorf parking lot, you can reach the waterfall in approx. 30 minutes. There are benches to lounge on along the way, and as you ascend 150 meters keeping the cascading falls in sight, you will reach Stuibenfall Lodge (after approximately 50 minutes).
Spend a day in the village of Umhausen, in the beautiful valley of Ötztal, and combine it with a visit to Stuibenfalls and the Ötzidorf. From the same parking lot you can reach both locations.
